Mail In Service

Book Mail In repair service from our website. We return it all fixed within 4-7 Business days. We cover all the shipping cost both to and fro.

In-Store Drop Off

You can visit any of our stores located in Melbourne. Apple watch repairs requires time to be fixed properly. You can pick up from the same location once it iss fixed.

Pick Up Service

This service is available exclusively to our Melbourne customer. We provide this service in Melbourne region on particular postcodes.We do not charge anything extra for this service.

Mail In Service

1. Choose the repair service, click the “Next Step” button and select “Mail In”.

2. Complete the checkout with your contact details and select the payment method. You may wish to pay after the repair but we won’t order replacement parts until we receive your device which may cause 2-3 days delays. If you require priority service please pay on the checkout or contact us first.

3. Wrap your device safely. Make sure you’ve used enough padding to avoid any damage during the transit.

4. We suggest you to use the Australia Post Express service. Please make sure to add tracking while booking your shipment. Once you ship it, please email us the tracking number with your order ID. You can also let know via call or chat on our website.

5. Once we receive your watch, you will be contacted and the repair process will begin.

6. You will get a confirmation e-mail after the repair has been completed. We always return your device with the secure delivery service.

  • All our shipments are covered with $500 insurance. So you need not worry about the loss. 
  • If you’ve choosen “Pay After Repair” option, we will only ship your device once payment is complete.
  • Return can take up to 4-5 Business days once we receive the device.

Collection from store – You mauy wish to collect your Apple watch from any of our location. You can mention this while booking or even at the time of payment.

Visit Us In-Store

1.  Book your repair on our website. Contact us if you need any assistance.

2. Bring your damaged Apple Watch to any of our store location. 

3. Before you drop off the the device, our technician will do an initial diagnostics and let you know about the repair and ETA.

4. Once it is fixed and ready for pick up, our tam will get in touch with you for the pickup from the location. When you get it back, we ask you to inspect the quality of our work before you leave the store.

Note: Apple watch repairs cannot be done on the spot. We require 2-3 days in order to arrange parts and repair.

2. We offer free pick up service to our Melbourne customers. Our free pick up facility is available at certain postcodes. 

3. Once we get your booking details, our team will contact you and arrange pick up from your location as per your ease.

4. Once it is fixed, our team will get in touch and arrange return. We’ll try our best to deliver your watch at earliest. Sometimes, it is easier and quicker to send it back via Express post.
